Return Eligibility

Any return requests must be made within 10 working days of delivery. Anything outside of this timeline will not be accepted.

Products must be unused and in resaleable condition and will be checked upon return to our depot.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund total.
Reporting Shortages or Damages

Any products which are starred (*) on your delivery note must be checked off on delivery, and any discrepancies must be noted.

Claims of damages or shortages must be reported within 5 working days from date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items

An order form must be signed for all specials prior to despatch. Any items ordered in as a special are non-returnable.

Goods which have been supplied via a price deal or special offer are non-returnable.

Goods which are obsolete stock items are non-returnable. Whether an item is “obsolete stock” is at the discretion of E. Tupling and Son Ltd.
E. Tupling and Son Ltd reserves the right to refuse any request to return goods.
